I have found that yoga does wonders for my mood, mind and body and I want to share that with you!
I know it can be hard to find a time for a yoga class that fits with work, family, hobbies and everything else. The good news is yoga is more than a 90 minute class and so can meet you where you’re at.
I have been practicing for over 20 years, and even though I am not as bendy as a gymnast, yoga still brings me immense benefits for an active, happy life.
I don’t want you to miss out on the benefits of yoga because you don’t think you’re flexible enough, feel you don’t have the time or because of the regular social media images that you might not identify with.
Let’s bring yoga into our days and lives in our own ways.

Ensure that busy people, people with sedentary lives, people with many responsibilities and duties find a way to practice yoga that brings them peace, mobility and strength so they can live active, healthy lives.
